Please join us as Pirate: Contemporary Art presents our annual Dia De Los Muertos event and show (October 26 – November 11, 2018). The main celebration is Friday, November 2, 5-10pm.
For over 3 decades Pirate has hosted their Day Of The Dead show as a neighborhood party and artistic celebration of Mexican culture. Pirate is honored to bring this annual tradition to Lakewood's 40 West Arts District for a 2nd year. Featured for the duration of the show are altars honoring the dead assembled by local families and schools as well as artwork by K-12 schools from both Denver and Jefferson county.
There is no fee to join Pirate in this celebration on November 2nd or any other day that we are open.
