The Artist
Richard C. Anderson was born in Des Moines, Iowa and grew up in Iowa City. He joined the U.S. Air Force, where he served in Central America, Europe, the Middle East and various locations in the U.S. He relocated to Denver in 1995 and became an artist. He has exhibited in several galleries around the city and lives and works in SE Denver. His work is in private collections in Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, and Denver.

His art is not an expression of his own experiences. Rather, it is an expression against uncertainty. His art is a place where he is unseen, but his gesture is always visible.
