The Artist

Skye Barker Maa is a fashion designer, stylist, and textile artist, and the founder of the avant-garde label SKYEAIRE, youth and teen couture line SKYE HEIR, and the former sustainable fashion venture Factory Fashion. Her work spans wearable and conceptual design, with textiles and garments exhibited in private galleries, the Paper Fashion Show, and Meow Wolf’s Absolute Rubbish Trashion/Fashion Show in Denver and Santa Fe.

SKYEAIRE has shown nationally and internationally, including Paris Fashion Week, the London Alternative Hair Show, New York Fashion Week, and as a multi-season veteran of Denver Fashion Week. The brand crosses genres—from couture and avant-garde to sustainable, ready-to-wear, youth, Mommy & Me, Western, and society wear—grounded in experimentation, storytelling, and inclusive expression.
